Kairichi Chatni

Ingredients:

Green mango pieces  - 1 cup (peeled, sliced)
Green chillies  - 5 nos


Small onion  - 2 nos
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Coconut - 1 cup (shredded)
Salt - to taste
 
Method:
 
Grind all the ingredients together in a mixie jar. 
If the  mangoes are not sour enough add 1 tsp of  lemon juice while grinding or you can add some vinegar either.
No need to season it.  Serve with rice, thoran and curd/yogurt.
