The experience you have at D:OH!, the new Kamala Mills restaurant from Degustibus Hospitality, will depend on the clock. The space morphs through the day -from a pit stop for quick pick-me-ups early in the morning to a coffee and book space mid-morning, a working lunch space or casual hangout around the afternoon and a bar from the evening onwards. The 72-seater restaurant, which opened its door to public yesterday , is all white and wood with pops of blue and green.There are tables, but also a self-service counter, community seating and a few taps that let you pour your own draught beer. The menu does not subscribe to one particular cuisine, going from delicious dumplings wok-tossed Chilli Chicken Wings and Amritsari Style Fish `n' Chips to the Dunked Peanut Butter Jelly, Burmese Khao Suey and the BBQ Chicken Melt. This quick servicemeets-retail-outlet-meets-casual dining-room also promises an incredible beverage menu with juices, shakes in various degrees, mocktails and a host of beer and wine cocktails, well priced and well flavoured.
