  • Water as needed
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coriander leaves, chickpea flour, split bengal gram flour, rice flour, coriander leaves, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  2. Gradually add water to the batter and mix to achieve a smooth and thick consistency. Make sure there are no lumps in the batter.
