Healthy Food Bank -

Healthy Food Bank: With the aim of providing organic food in the diet of urban consumers, promoting organic farming and empowering farmers, some thoughtful people of Pune have established a collective called Healthy Food Bank.

Agricultural Innovation:

Importance of residue free, organic farming. Many farmers have also become proficient in this farming method. Consumers Ki Oar Se Bhi Is Bhojan Ki Mang Hai. But the main problem faced by the farmers is that there is little separate market for bio-residue free products and organic products do not fetch reasonable prices. In this background, agriculture and nature lovers students of Pune came together.

He founded a group called Healthy Food Bank. Through this, a permanent market system was created that established a family relationship between farmers and consumers and made it successful. It is ideal and exemplary for the entire state. Dr. Pratibha Kolte is the founder and chief coordinator of this group, while she is supported by her husband Mahesh and volunteers like Deepa Shirur, Dhananjay Joshi, Santosh Potdar, Rajesh Kotecha, Smita Kulkarni, Piyush Jain, Shubham Shelke.

In search of biological food

Pratibha received her PhD in Astrophysics from 'Ayuka', University of Pune. Her husband Mahesh is an engineer and holds a PhD in Electronics. Originally from Vidarbha, this couple settled in Pune. Pratibha worked for some time, but her mind was not in it. He had to do something worthwhile in the field of punishment. He believed that punishment along with good manners, company of good minded people and healthy body can improve human life and future generations.

Diet should be nutritious and organic for a healthy body. This thought put him in search of organic producers. He met Madhavdada Ghule, who sold natural agricultural products in Chandni Chowk, Pune. Through them one by one the farmers were connected. Along with this, the priest of natural farming himself. Bhaskar Save Guruji, father of experiment family. Mr. A. Acquired knowledge from the books of Dabholkar etc.

The birth of the Healthy Food Bank

Pratibha tells that it was 2015. She used to bring and sell organic agricultural products from a little distance from home. Gradually the demand from acquaintances and neighbors started increasing. A thought came up to start this organic agriculture market in the residential society for the convenience of all. With this idea, the Healthy Food Bank Group was born. Its WhatsApp group was created on 16 August 2016. Through this, awareness about organic food was spread among the consumers. Farmers were also added to the group. For this, standards have been set based on the objective and functioning of natural farming.

Their purpose was not just money transactions. This market should be a common family of farmers and consumers. Soil, farmers, people and relationships should be responsible. The next generation should not just give a bank balance, but a legacy of nature. The first market was started in Bhusari Colony of Pune city. Due to continuous efforts of the group, today in 8-9 years this market system has been successfully expanded in the entire city of Pune.

Healthy Food Bank Key Market System

For those who cannot reach the market, 4 sub-groups and pickup points have been set up at nearby locations.

Other suburbs like Rahatni, Wakad, Pashan, Susgaon, Sinhagad Road, Narayan Peth, Bhosle Nagar, Salisbury Park (Market Yard) etc have markets (some on Saturdays and evenings).

Orders are taken from consumers through WhatsApp groups and Google Forms three days before the market starts.

Some farmers of the group are not able to come to all markets. In this way they hand over their goods to other farmers. No commission is charged.

The group has coordinated with organizations for the disabled, old age homes and needy people where the products are delivered.

Role of volunteers

18 to 20 volunteers of Healthy Food Bank are active. Along with job/business in various fields such as IT, Education etc. they handle group work.

In the market, consumers ask farmers questions, sometimes there is a debate about the prices. In such a way volunteers create coordination between consumers and farmers.

Every three months, the group meets to discuss farmers' problems.

A cashew grower from Konkan has permanently given his bungalow space in Pune for free for meetings.

Before the farmers become members of the group, volunteers visit their farms, observing their farming systems for several months. This subscription is given upon satisfaction.

Characteristics of market system

Around 10,000 consumers are connected across all markets.

The product here is guaranteed to be 100% natural-organic.

The entire process from sowing to harvesting to market is transparent.

There are more than 70 farmers in the group, including farmers from Pune and surrounding areas as well as Konkan, Nagpur.

Efforts are also made to fulfill the special demands of consumers (such as goat's milk).

Guarantee of prices: Unlike in foreign markets, the prices of products here remain stable throughout the year.

No commission, mental satisfaction

Dr. Pratibha says that during the first market in Bhusari Colony, some people alleged that volunteers were taking commission from farmers. Some even proposed to rent the place. But this market is 'commission free'. Volunteers do not get commission, but mental satisfaction. However, they were also harassed to close the market. But there are also good people in the society. Customer Mr. Gosavi suggested a place for his society in Kothrud-Jijamata Nagar, where the Sunday market has been held for the last five years. The police department has also provided security

Experiences of member farmers of Healthy Food Bank

Piyush Jain (Bodhwad, Jalgaon): IT engineer, who sells his father's organic turmeric, tur etc. on weekends. They have also launched millet batters (Pisa Hua Ata) in the market.

Nikhil Gaikwad (Mandki, Purandar): Sells fenugreek, spinach, country carrots, tomatoes etc. Reaching the consumer directly reduces cost.

Neel Solanki (Undri, Pune): Returned to India after studying organic farming from America. Desi sells tomato, chilli and spices in packaging.

Prashant Bhusar (Umri, Ahmednagar): Organic farming in 232 acres. Milk production and processing of 250 indigenous cows.

Sujay Shinde (Dhankawadi): Shewaga, Jwari, Bajri Ke Papad, Noodles etc. Various products.

Bhushan Ranadive (Khandshi, Maval): This 62-year-old farmer sold tomatoes for Rs 100/kg here instead of Rs 140/kg in the foreign market.

Shubham Shelke (Parner, Ahmednagar): 30 types of vegetables and fruits. A specially designed tempo helps in cargo handling.

Santosh Gadade (Tandli, Shirur): Set off at 2:30 pm with tempo, completes 600 km by evening. His son Yash asked for a bull on his birthday!

The concept of family farmer

Gadade says, "Five years into the market, we have become a family-like relationship with consumers. We respect each other. We have become family farmers from our customers.

Sakshi Dhoni’s Priceless Reaction to Dropped Catch Goes Viral – Fans Can’t Stop Talking!

"Sakshi Dhoni’s Priceless Reaction to Dropped Catch Goes Viral – Fans Can’t Stop Talking!"

Cricket isn’t just about the players on the field—sometimes, the most entertaining moments come from the dugout. And when it involves Sakshi Dhoni, the internet takes notice.

During the recent CSK vs. DC IPL 2025 clash, a hilarious yet relatable moment unfolded when Mukesh Choudhary dropped a crucial catch of KL Rahul. But the real star of the show? Sakshi Dhoni’s priceless reaction, which instantly went viral.

Sakshi Dhoni’s Priceless Reaction to Dropped Catch Goes Viral – Fans Can’t Stop Talking!

The Moment That Broke the Internet

The cameras quickly panned to Sakshi in the stands, and her expression said it all—wide-eyed shock, hands on her head, and an unmistakable "Oh no!" look. It was the kind of raw, unfiltered reaction every cricket fan has had at some point.

Fans immediately flooded social media with memes and comments like:

  • "Sakshi Dhoni reacting like every CSK fan right now!"

  • "Even Mahi would’ve given that look!"

  • "When your husband’s team drops a catch, but you can’t say anything…"

Why This Reaction Resonates

Cricket is emotional, and Sakshi’s genuine response reminded fans that even WAGs (Wives and Girlfriends of players) ride the same rollercoaster of nerves and excitement. It wasn’t just about the dropped catch—it was about the human side of the game, where even the calmest personalities (yes, even those married to Captain Cool himself) can’t hide their disbelief.

MS Dhoni’s Poker Face vs. Sakshi’s Expressions

While MS Dhoni is famous for his unreadable expressions (remember that iconic "helicopter shot" smirk?), Sakshi’s animated reactions have become a fan favorite. Whether she’s cheering wildly or facepalming at a misfield, she’s unofficially the mood of every CSK supporter.

What’s Next for CSK?

Dropped catches can change games, but CSK fans know their team thrives under pressure. With Dhoni’s leadership and players like Jadeja and Ruturaj stepping up, this moment might just become a funny blip in another successful season.

One thing’s for sure—Sakshi Dhoni’s reactions are now as much a part of IPL entertainment as the matches themselves!

Diabetes Management in India: Embracing Tradition for a Healthier Future

Diabetes Management in India Embracing Tradition for a Healthier Future

India is known for its rich culinary traditions, vibrant festivals, and diverse regional cuisines. However, with these traditions comes the challenge of managing lifestyle diseases like diabetes, especially Type 2 diabetes, which is prevalent in the country. The good news? India's ancient food wisdom and cultural practices offer effective strategies for diabetes prevention and management. Let’s explore how traditional Indian diets, mindful festival eating, and regional Maharashtra foods can help manage diabetes better.

Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Through Traditional Indian Diets

When it comes to preventing diabetes, India's traditional diets hold a treasure trove of wisdom. These diets emphasize natural, whole foods and balanced nutrition.

1. The Power of Millets and Whole Grains

Long before refined grains took over, Indian households relied on millets like ragi (finger millet), bajra (pearl millet), and jowar (sorghum). These grains have a low glycemic index, which helps in maintaining stable blood sugar levels. For example, replacing white rice with bajra roti or jowar bhakri can significantly reduce sugar spikes.

Personal Insight: Growing up, my grandmother always insisted on having ragi porridge for breakfast. Little did I know then, this humble dish was a powerhouse for controlling sugar levels.

2. Ayurvedic Ingredients That Work Wonders

Indian kitchens are rich in Ayurvedic herbs like fenugreek (methi), bitter gourd (karela), and turmeric (haldi). Consuming a spoonful of soaked methi seeds or starting the day with karela juice can naturally regulate blood sugar levels.

3. The Balanced Indian Thali

A traditional Indian thali, when done right, is a perfect example of balanced nutrition. It includes:

  • Whole grains like brown rice or millets.
  • Protein sources such as dals and legumes.
  • Healthy fats from ghee or mustard oil.
  • Fiber-rich vegetables that aid digestion and sugar control.

Keeping portion sizes moderate and focusing on whole foods can make a huge difference.

4. Traditional Cooking Methods

Steaming, boiling, and roasting retain nutrients and require less oil compared to frying. Opting for these cooking methods can help in maintaining a healthier diet.

Managing Diabetes During Festival Seasons

Festivals are synonymous with sweets and indulgence in India. But managing diabetes during these times doesn't mean missing out on the celebrations.

1. Healthy Sweet Alternatives

Swap refined sugar with healthier options like jaggery, dates, or stevia. Try recipes like:

  • Date and nut ladoos instead of sugar-laden sweets.
  • Baked modaks during Ganesh Chaturthi.
  • Steamed kheer with low-fat milk and natural sweeteners.

2. Mindful Eating Practices

  • Portion Control: Use smaller plates to avoid overeating.
  • Slow Eating: Savor each bite and listen to your body’s fullness signals.
  • Hydration: Drink plenty of water to reduce cravings.

Relatable Scenario: Last Diwali, I replaced traditional sweets with fruit-based desserts. Not only were they a hit with my family, but they also kept my sugar levels stable.

3. Staying Active

Festivals are a great time to include fun physical activities like dancing or participating in community games. Even a post-meal walk can help balance sugar levels.

4. Post-Festival Detox

Once the celebrations are over, switch to light, nutrient-dense meals like vegetable soups, khichdi, and herbal teas to reset the body.

Regional Maharashtra Foods with Low Glycemic Index

Maharashtra's cuisine is diverse, and many traditional dishes are naturally low in glycemic index.

1. Healthy Maharashtrian Staples

  • Thalipeeth: Made with multigrain flour and loaded with spices, this flatbread is nutritious and diabetic-friendly.
  • Sprouted Usal: Rich in fiber and protein, it helps in slow sugar release.
  • Bhakri: Flatbreads made from jowar or bajra that keep you full for longer and prevent sugar spikes.

2. Low GI Snacks

  • Roasted chana: A perfect mid-meal snack.
  • Sprouted moong salad: Light, nutritious, and easy to prepare.

3. Traditional Herbal Remedies

  • Neem leaves: Consumed in small quantities, they help in reducing blood sugar levels.
  • Jamun (Indian blackberry): Its seeds are often ground and consumed to manage sugar levels.
  • Methi water: Soaking methi seeds overnight and drinking the water in the morning is an age-old practice in Maharashtrian households.

Personal Anecdote: My mother always emphasized starting the day with a glass of methi water. Though the taste took some getting used to, the health benefits made it worthwhile.

Conclusion

Managing diabetes in India doesn't mean abandoning traditional foods or festive celebrations. In fact, it's about embracing these traditions more mindfully. By choosing whole grains, opting for healthier cooking methods, and practicing mindful eating, you can keep diabetes in check while enjoying the rich flavors and cultural experiences India has to offer.

Remember, small changes in daily habits can lead to big health improvements. So, let’s celebrate the best of India’s culinary traditions while keeping our health at the forefront.

Rs 4 Lakh Crore Boom in 4 Days: Is the Small-Cap Rally Just a Bear Market Mirage?

The Indian stock market has recently witnessed a remarkable surge in small-cap stocks, with a staggering Rs 4 lakh crore added to their market capitalization in just four days. This sudden rally has left investors both excited and cautious. While some see it as a sign of renewed investor confidence, others worry it might be a bear market mirage—a temporary uptick in a broader downward trend. In this article, we’ll explore the reasons behind this rally, its implications for investors, and whether this boom is sustainable or just a fleeting phenomenon.

What’s Driving the Small-Cap Rally?

1. Improved Market Sentiment

After months of volatility, the Indian stock market has seen a boost in investor sentiment. Factors like easing inflation, stable crude oil prices, and positive global cues have contributed to this optimism. Small-cap stocks, which are often more sensitive to market sentiment, have benefited the most.

2. Attractive Valuations

Small-cap stocks had been underperforming for a long time, leading to attractive valuations. Investors looking for high-growth opportunities at reasonable prices have turned their attention to this segment.

3. Domestic Institutional Investment

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have been actively buying small-cap stocks, providing much-needed support to this segment. Their participation has helped drive prices higher.

4. Retail Investor Participation

The rise of retail investors in India, fueled by easy access to trading platforms and financial literacy, has also played a significant role. Many retail investors are drawn to small-cap stocks for their potential to deliver high returns.

The Risks Behind the Rally

While the small-cap rally is impressive, it’s essential to understand the risks involved:

1. Volatility

Small-cap stocks are inherently more volatile than large-cap stocks. Their prices can swing dramatically in a short period, making them risky for conservative investors.

2. Liquidity Concerns

Many small-cap stocks suffer from low liquidity, meaning it can be challenging to buy or sell large quantities without significantly impacting the price.

3. Earnings Uncertainty

Small-cap companies often have less stable earnings compared to their larger counterparts. This makes them vulnerable to economic downturns or sector-specific challenges.

4. Overvaluation Fears

The rapid rise in small-cap stocks has led to concerns about overvaluation. If the rally is driven more by speculation than fundamentals, a correction could be on the horizon.

Is This Rally Sustainable?

The big question on everyone’s mind is whether this small-cap rally is sustainable or just a temporary bounce. Here are some factors to consider:

1. Economic Recovery

The sustainability of the rally depends largely on India’s economic recovery. If GDP growth remains strong and corporate earnings improve, small-cap stocks could continue to perform well.

2. Global Factors

Global events, such as changes in US interest rates or geopolitical tensions, can impact investor sentiment and market performance. A negative shift in global markets could derail the small-cap rally.

3. Regulatory Environment

Government policies and regulatory changes can significantly impact small-cap companies. Favorable policies could support growth, while unfavorable ones could pose challenges.

4. Investor Behavior

If retail investors continue to pour money into small-cap stocks, the rally could sustain. However, if profit-booking sets in, prices could fall sharply.

Lessons from Past Small-Cap Rallies

History offers valuable insights into small-cap rallies and their outcomes:

1. The 2017 Small-Cap Boom

In 2017, small-cap stocks saw a massive rally, driven by strong earnings growth and investor optimism. However, the rally was followed by a sharp correction in 2018, as valuations became stretched and liquidity dried up.

2. The COVID-19 Recovery Rally

After the market crash in March 2020, small-cap stocks staged a strong recovery, outperforming large-cap stocks. This rally was supported by government stimulus and a rebound in economic activity.

These examples highlight the potential for both gains and losses in small-cap stocks, emphasizing the importance of caution and due diligence.

What Should Investors Do?

Given the risks and opportunities, here’s how investors can navigate the small-cap rally:

1. Diversify Your Portfolio

Avoid putting all your money into small-cap stocks. Diversify across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks to balance risk and reward.

2. Focus on Fundamentals

Look for small-cap companies with strong fundamentals, such as robust earnings growth, low debt, and competent management.

3. Avoid Herd Mentality

Don’t invest in small-cap stocks just because everyone else is. Conduct thorough research and invest based on your financial goals and risk tolerance.

4. Stay Invested for the Long Term

Small-cap stocks can be volatile in the short term but have the potential to deliver significant returns over the long term. Stay patient and avoid panic selling during market downturns.

5. Use Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs)

Consider investing in small-cap mutual funds or ETFs through SIPs. This approach helps mitigate the risk of market timing and allows you to benefit from rupee cost averaging.

The Role of Regulators and Market Experts

Regulators and market experts have a crucial role to play in ensuring the stability of the small-cap segment:

1. Enhanced Disclosure Requirements

Regulators could mandate stricter disclosure requirements for small-cap companies to improve transparency and protect investors.

2. Investor Education

Educating retail investors about the risks and rewards of small-cap investing can help prevent irrational exuberance and promote informed decision-making.

3. Monitoring Market Manipulation

Regulators should closely monitor small-cap stocks for signs of market manipulation, such as pump-and-dump schemes, to safeguard investor interests.

Conclusion: A Cautious Optimism

The Rs 4 lakh crore boom in small-cap stocks is undoubtedly an exciting development for the Indian stock market. However, investors must approach this rally with caution. While small-cap stocks offer the potential for high returns, they also come with significant risks. By focusing on fundamentals, diversifying their portfolios, and staying informed, investors can navigate this volatile segment and make the most of the opportunities it presents.

As always, the key to successful investing lies in balancing optimism with prudence. Whether this small-cap rally is a sustainable trend or just a bear market mirage, only time will tell. Until then, stay vigilant and invest wisely.

Best Foods for Weight Loss: A Comprehensive Guide by a Food Expert

Weight loss

Weight loss is a journey that requires a combination of healthy eating, regular physical activity, and lifestyle changes. While there’s no magic food that will melt away pounds overnight, certain foods can support your weight loss goals by keeping you full, boosting your metabolism, and providing essential nutrients without excess calories. As a food expert with years of experience in nutrition and culinary arts, I’ve compiled a deep-researched guide to the best foods for weight loss. These foods are not only effective but also delicious and versatile, making them easy to incorporate into your daily diet.

1. Leafy Greens: The Ultimate Low-Calorie Powerhouse

Leafy greens like spinach, kale, arugula, and Swiss chard are among the best foods for weight loss. They are incredibly low in calories but high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Here’s why they’re so effective:

  • Low in Calories: Leafy greens are mostly water, which means they add volume to your meals without adding significant calories. This helps you feel full and satisfied.

  • High in Fiber: Fiber slows digestion, keeping you fuller for longer and reducing the likelihood of overeating.

  • Nutrient-Dense: They are packed with essential nutrients like vitamin K, vitamin C, iron, and folate, which support overall health while you’re cutting calories.

How to Enjoy Them: Add leafy greens to salads, smoothies, soups, or stir-fries. You can also sauté them with garlic and olive oil for a quick and healthy side dish.

2. Lean Proteins: The Metabolism Booster

Protein is a critical component of any weight loss plan. It helps build and maintain muscle mass, which is essential for a healthy metabolism. Additionally, protein has a high thermic effect, meaning your body burns more calories digesting it compared to fats or carbs. Here are some of the best lean protein sources:

  • Chicken Breast: Skinless chicken breast is low in fat and high in protein, making it a staple for weight loss.

  • Fish: Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, and sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which support heart health and reduce inflammation. They’re also high in protein and keep you full for hours.

  • Eggs: Eggs are a complete protein source and are incredibly versatile. Studies show that eating eggs for breakfast can help you feel fuller and consume fewer calories throughout the day.

  • Plant-Based Proteins: Tofu, tempeh, lentils, and chickpeas are excellent options for vegetarians and vegans. They’re high in protein and fiber, making them ideal for weight loss.

How to Enjoy Them: Grill, bake, or steam lean proteins for a healthy meal. Pair them with vegetables and whole grains for a balanced plate.

3. Whole Grains: The Satiety Superstars

Contrary to popular belief, not all carbs are bad for weight loss. Whole grains are packed with fiber and complex carbohydrates, which digest slowly and keep you full longer. They also help stabilize blood sugar levels, reducing cravings for sugary snacks. Some of the best whole grains for weight loss include:

  • Quinoa: A complete protein and gluten-free grain, quinoa is rich in fiber and keeps you satisfied for hours.

  • Oats: Oats are a great source of soluble fiber, which helps control appetite and supports digestive health.

  • Brown Rice: Unlike white rice, brown rice retains its bran and germ, making it higher in fiber and nutrients.

  • Barley: Barley is particularly high in beta-glucan, a type of fiber that has been shown to reduce appetite and promote weight loss.

How to Enjoy Them: Use whole grains as a base for bowls, salads, or side dishes. Try oatmeal for breakfast or quinoa in a veggie-packed stir-fry.

4. Legumes: The Fiber-Rich Weight Loss Allies

Legumes, including beans, lentils, and peas, are a fantastic addition to any weight loss diet. They’re high in both protein and fiber, which work together to keep you full and satisfied. Here’s why legumes are so effective:

  • High in Fiber: Legumes are one of the best sources of dietary fiber, which promotes satiety and supports healthy digestion.

  • Low Glycemic Index: They release energy slowly, preventing blood sugar spikes and crashes that can lead to cravings.

  • Versatile and Affordable: Legumes are inexpensive and can be used in a variety of dishes, from soups to salads to dips.

How to Enjoy Them: Add lentils to soups, make a chickpea salad, or use black beans in tacos or burrito bowls.

5. Healthy Fats: The Satiety Enhancers

Healthy fats are essential for weight loss because they help you feel full and satisfied, reducing the urge to overeat. They also support brain health, hormone production, and nutrient absorption. Some of the best sources of healthy fats include:

  • Avocados: Rich in monounsaturated fats, avocados are creamy, satisfying, and packed with fiber.

  • Nuts and Seeds: Almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, and flaxseeds are nutrient-dense and provide a good balance of healthy fats, protein, and fiber.

  • Olive Oil: Extra virgin olive oil is a staple of the Mediterranean diet and has been linked to weight loss and improved heart health.

How to Enjoy Them: Add avocado to salads or toast, sprinkle nuts and seeds on yogurt or oatmeal, and use olive oil for cooking or dressing.

6. Greek Yogurt: The Probiotic Powerhouse

Greek yogurt is an excellent food for weight loss due to its high protein content and probiotic benefits. Here’s why it’s so effective:

  • High in Protein: Greek yogurt contains nearly twice the protein of regular yogurt, helping you stay full and satisfied.

  • Probiotics: The live cultures in Greek yogurt support gut health, which is increasingly linked to weight management.

  • Versatile: It can be used in both sweet and savory dishes, making it a versatile addition to your diet.

How to Enjoy It: Enjoy Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and honey for breakfast, or use it as a base for dips and sauces.

7. Berries: The Low-Sugar Sweet Treat

Berries like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries are low in calories but high in fiber and antioxidants. They’re a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without derailing your weight loss efforts. Here’s why berries are so beneficial:

8. Cruciferous Vegetables: The Calorie-Burning Champions

Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage are incredibly nutritious and supportive of weight loss. Here’s why they’re so effective:

  • High in Fiber: Their fiber content promotes satiety and supports digestive health.

  • Rich in Nutrients: They’re packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support overall health.

How to Enjoy Them: Roast, steam, or sauté cruciferous vegetables for a delicious and healthy side dish.

9. Green Tea: The Metabolism-Boosting Beverage

Green tea is a well-known weight loss aid due to its combination of caffeine and catechins, which have been shown to boost metabolism and increase fat burning. Here’s why green tea is so effective:

  • Boosts Metabolism: The catechins in green tea can help increase calorie burning, especially during exercise.

  • Low in Calories: Green tea is virtually calorie-free, making it a great alternative to sugary beverages.
