Tuck into delicious Oriental delights

Turning one this month is popular eatery Wok Express. Regular takeaway is passé. You can now create your own customisable option of woks by first choosing your own base (steamed rice, wheat ramen soba noodles or skip the base), then choosing t your favourite fresh vegetables T or meats and lastly , add scrumpf tious sauces that range from trah ditional Teriyaki, zestful Kung Pao, Chilly Basil, Massaman curry or Black Bean. There is also a wide range of accompaniments like dim-sums, sushis, bao's and bubble teas at Wok Express -one of the most fastest, freshest, convenient and affordable quick service restaurants in the city. It is inspired by Wok to Walk, a restaurant in New York that allows customers to make their own Asian recipes. Within a year of its presence, Wok Express has successfully opened five outlets in the city , serving around 1,25,000 woks with approximately 50,000 delighted patron walk-ins a month. It plans to open 20 more outlets in Mumbai by 2017, starting with one outlet in Malad and the other one in Andheri on May 18.
On the onset of completing an eventful year, the chain has introduced new irresistible additions to its menu across all existing and new outlets with Fiery Chilly Paneer and Fluffy Chicken Baos. And to cool you down in the summer heat, their two new flavours of Bubble Tea comprise refreshing flavours of mango with a hint of basil and iced chai. The team promises to teach you how to `roll' with an uber soft and flavoursome ninja prawn and add a modern twist to your sushi with Jalapeno Cream Cheese.
