host of nutrients, green avocado has been named a superfood. It has
vitamins C, E and k, which aid bone health and regulate blood pressure. A
study has also found that those who ate a diet rich in avocados
reported lower triglyceride levels. The fruit may be high in healthy
fat, but this helps attain soft, youthful skin. Avocado also has several
culinary uses, in salads, smoothies, appetisers, and more. Here's how

SALAD:
To make a healthy snack, slice the fruit and add it to a bowl of salad along with rocket leaves, radicchio and diced boiled egg. Crush peanuts over this and serve with lime juice and honey .
SUSHI ROLL:
Avocado is also a common ingredient in sushi.To make it, just layer on thin slices of avocado on the top. You can also use it as a filling in the center with smoked salmon and cucumber.
DIP:
Avocado also makes for a tasty dip.Mash the fruit till smooth and add garlic, cilantro and lime juice to this. Serve on multigrain bread.
WITH EGGS:
For a satisfying breakfast bite, spread mashed avocado on warm toast.Place your fried egg on this and sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
